Minister promises upgradation of PHCs
Hyderabad, April 20 (INN): Transport Minister M.Mahender Reddy has assured that the Telangana Government would soon upgrade 48 Primary Health Centres and 12 Health Centres in Ranga Reddy districts.
Speaking after inaugurating the pulse vaccination programme in Shamshabad on Wednesday, the minister sad that upgradation of PHCs and Health Centres would be completed in the next three months.
Earlier, the Transport Minister inaugurated Mission Kakatiya works in Dabaguda of Maheshwaram mandal. Addressing the meeting he said Rs. 368 crore have been sanctioned for cleaning of 1208 tanks/lakes in the district. He said for Maheshwaram Assembly segment alone, Rs. 30 crore would be spent to clean 131 lakes.
