EC permits TRS Plenary at Khammam
Hyderabad, April 22 (INN): The Election Commission of India has permitted the Telangana Rashtra Samithi to conduct its plenary session and public meeting on April 27 at Khammam.
The TRS had sought the permission of Election Commission in view of prevailing Model Code of Conduct in Khammam district due to by-election to Palair Assembly constituency. While granting the permission, the EC said that all the expenses for the event should be borne by the party and there should be no use of official machinery. Further, all ministers and Chief Minister should make no official visits to this function.
