Date extended for payment of Haj expenses
Hyderabad, April 22 (INN): The Haj Committee of India has extended last date for payment of first installment of Haj Expenses from April 23rd to April 30th.
All the selected Haj pilgrims from Telangna and Andhra Pradesh are advised to pay the first installment of Haj Expenses of Rs. 81,000/- per head on or before April 30 along with the Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate, issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner, MBBS/Government Doctor, the Original Passport and the Pay-in-Slip of the Bank in the office of the State Haj Committee.
Telangana State Committee Special Officer Prof. S. A. Shukoor in a statement said that the first Installment of Haj expenses of Rs. 81,000/- per head should be paid either online on the Haj Committee of India Web Site www.hajcommittee.gov.in or in the Haj Committee of India's Account No. 32175020010 FEE TYPE-25 maintained with the State Bank of India (SBI), or Account No. 318702010406009 maintained with Union Bank of India through any branch having a Core Banking System.
He further said that the pilgrims under Reserve Categories who have already deposited their original Passports should submit only pay-in-slip along with Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate in the State Haj Committee office.
