Over 4,000 delegates to attend TRS Plenary Hyderabad, April 24 (INN): Nearly 4,000 delegates will attend the 15th Plenary of Telangana Rashtra Samithi being held at Khammam on April 27.
Speaking to media persons here on Sunday, Finance Minister Eatala Rajender informed that only those holding the invitation and ID cards would be allowed into the Plenary meeting. He said completion of 15 years of party formation was a historic occasion for all workers and leaders. He said training classes would be conducted for the workers wherein they would be trained to take the government schemes to the people's doorsteps.
Eatala claimed that nearly 90% of the promises made in the election manifesto have been fulfilled and the remaining promises would be fulfilled in the next three years. He said TRS treats its manifesto as its holy book and would honour all the promises that it made with the people. He said Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was personally monitoring the implementation of party's manifesto. He said TRS Government implemented several new schemes which were not promised in the manifesto.
He said Telangana had inherited several problems due to the mistakes committed by previous regimes. He said almost 80% of those problems have been resolved. He said that the TRS would ensure completion of Mission Bhagaritha and Mission Kakatiya in the next two years.
Eatala said TRS had a membership of nearly 50 lakh people and about 42 lakh of them have been extended the insurance facility.
