YS Jagan's Trusted Lieutenant Hurt In Road Accident Opposition leader Jagan Mohan Reddy's trusted lieutenant AND General Secretary of YSR Congress, Vijaya Sai Reddy suffered a minor road accident. Vijaya Sai Reddy had a narrow escape on Tuesday morning at the Outer Ring road when the vehicle he was travelling in turned turtle.
The accident took place when the Vijay Sai along with other party functionaries Durga Prasad Raju and Dasarath Reddy were travelling to Shamshabad airport. The accident occurred at Outer Ring Road leading to Shamshabad. Durga Prasad Raju received serious injuries, while Vijay Sai Reddy escaped with minor injuries. Injured party leaders and the driver were rushed to Apollo hospital in Jubilee Hills.
The leaders were supposed to attend protests taken up by YSRC chief Jagan Mohan Reddy at Eluru, West Godavari, for special status to Andhra Pradesh. Vijaya Sai Reddy is the candidate for the Rajya Sabha seat, YSR Congress is entitled to get.
