Kadiyam seeks PM's intervention for SC categorisation
Hyderabad, May 10 (INN): Telangana Deputy CM Kadiyam Srihari on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to expedite the process of categorisation of Scheduled Castes.
Kadiyam, along with Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister in New Delhi today before the commencement of meeting on drought situation. Speaking to media persons later, Kadiyam claimed that the Prime Minister himself has admitted of injustice to several castes within SCs due to delay in non-categorisation. Modi reportedly thanked KCR for bringing the issue to the attention of Central Government.
