Life Imprisonment For Snake Gang Members
The Ranga Reddy district court has announced its verdict on sensational Snake Gang case. The court which convicted eight members in the case yesterday sentenced the seven of them to life imprisonment.
While announcing the judgement the Judge said that the culprits behaved in inhuman manner and termed them as more dangerous than the poisonous snakes which they used in the crime. The judge said the culprits should not be allowed to live in the society.
Seven of the accused were sentenced to jail for life. The eight accused Ali Barakba who was 50 years old was released on the grounds of his age. Its known that Accused A-9, Salam Handi was acquitted on Tuesday.
The victims expressed satisfaction over the judgment and said that this will be a good lesson for inhuman and anti-social elements. Pahadi Sharif police arrested a total of nine gang members on July 31, 2014 aster a young woman filed complaint against them.
