AP Speaker rejects YSRCP's petition
Hyderabad, July 2 (INN): Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Dr. Kodela Siva Prasad Rao on Saturday rejected the petition of the YSR Congress Party demanding disqualification of the 13 YSRC legislators who defected to the Telugu Desam Party.
The Speaker rejected the YSRCP plea citing technical ground and that it was not in prescribed format. The decision of the Speaker has given a breather to the MLAs who defected to the ruling TD.
