TS Bar Association petitions Guv Hyderabad, July 4 (INN): Representatives of Telangana Bar Association met Governor ESL Narsimhan at the Raj Bhavan on Monday and sought his intervention in early division of High Court and other issues.
Addressing the media after meeting the Governor, Bar Association president G. Mohan Rao said that they had sought the government to immediately revoke the suspension of the judges. He said that there were irregularities in allocation of judges to the subordinate courts and demanded that process be stopped immediately and makes fresh allocations. He also said that the delegation has sought the immediate division of the High Court which is hampering judicial services. The members of the delegation said that the Governor promised to take the issues with the Centre and would find an early solution for the same.
