HYM to conduct essay writing competition
Hyderabad, July 14 (INN): The Hyderabad Youth Mirror has announced its second annual Essay Writing Competition 2016 on the theme - 'State of Education in Telangana'.
Students pursuing graduation, post graduation, or research in any educational institute located within Telangana State are eligible to participate. The participants can include salient features of school education and higher education in Telangana State and identify loopholes or weaknesses in existing education system. They can also give a comparative account of education in Telangana with other States in India. The participants can also suggest innovative ideas to improve overall quality of education in Telangana State.
The essay must be written in English in maximum 2,000 words. There will be cash prizes of Rs. 5,000/-, Rs. 3,000/- and Rs. 2,000/- for first, second and third winner respectively. Consolation prizes (certificates) will be given to Top 10 students. The essay in prescribed format may be sent to hymfeedback@gmail.com with subject 'Essay Competition 2016'. The last date for submission of essay is July 31, 2016.
