Amanuallah warns of hunger stir Hyderabad, July 17 (INN): Convener of the newly-formed political party 'Bangaru Telangana Party' Mohammed Amanullah Khan announced that he would undertake fast-unto-death from October 2 if the KCR Government failed to enforce total prohibition of liquor in the state by Gandhi Jayanthi.
Addressing the media here today, Amanullah Khan alleged that ever since the TRS Government assumed power, a number of fatherless children is on the increase. He said most of the fathers were dying due to excess liquor drinking habit while some others were killing their wives under influence of liquor. Liquor is creating havoc in the families and it should be banned. Khan said Golden Telangana would be possible only by enforcing total prohibition in the state and continuing the developmental and welfare schemes.
