Congress supports YSRCP's bandh call
Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee has announced that it would extend full support to the bandh call given by the YSR Congress Party to protest against the Centre's decision of not to accord SCS to AP.
Speaking to the press persons in Anantpur, APCC chief Dr. N.Raghuveera Reddy said that the party would extend full support to the bandh call on August 2. He alleged that the TDP and the BJP entered into a secret deal out of political compulsion and decided not the accord SCS to the state. He said that the TD only focused on raising the number of assembly constituencies in the State but did not exert pressure on the Centre on the issue of SCS to AP.
