Protests for Jangaon district intensifies
Warangal, Aug 12 (INN): Protests for separate district of Jangoan in Warangal district intensified on Friday.
The newly formed joint action committee (JAC) which is spearheading the protests demanding new district of Jangaon called for two day bandh beginning from Friday. Members of JAC blind folded themselves and gathered near Ambedkar statue in the town to register their protest against the government not conceding to the demand of a separate district. They termed the attitude of the state government towards the issue as apathetic and negligent. The warned that the protest would be intensified if the state government does not make any announcement in this regard very soon.
