CS reviews reorganization of districts
Hyderabad, Sept 9 (INN): Chief Secretary Dr. Rajiv Sharma on Friday reviewed the progress of the reorganisation of the districts.
Rajiv Sharma held a video conference with the district collectors and sought details of the works related to the establishment of offices at mandal, revenue division and district level.
The Chief Secretary directed the district collectors to set up departments on priority basis to ensure services to the people of the to-be created new districts and revenue divisions. He directed the officials to upload the details of the staff on the government website if necessary. He said that the division of staff should be taken up keeping in mind the demographic and social needs of the people of the said districts and divisions.
With regard to the staff required for new offices, the Chief Secretary directed the officials to send the proposals to the finance department.
