HC refuses to admit AP plea
Hyderabad, Sept 14 (INN): The Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday refused to admit a petition by AP government, which challenged the stay order on Swiss Challenge model adopted by the State government for capital city construction.
The High Court adjourned the case for next hearing on Swiss Challenge model to October 31. Sources in the government said that the AP government was planning to knock the doors of Supreme Court in this regard. With the stay order coming into force, all the activity in Amaravati capital city has come to a halt.
