MLA Bonda accused of foisting false cases
Vijayawada, Sept 15 (INN): Industrialist Koganti Satyanarayana, alias Satyam, on Thursday lashed out at Telugu Desam MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao accusing him of hoisting the former in false cases.
Satyanarayana on Thursday visited the Doondi Ganesh and offered prayers.
Speaking to media later, the industrialist alleged that MLA Bonda had hijacked the Ganesh festivities by getting him arrested. Mr. Satyam was instrumental in installing a 72-foot-high Ganesh idol at the Government Music College in the town. Satyam alleged that the MLA and his followers were intimidating him and was trying to foist false cases against him. He accused the MLA of misusing his position. Satyam, who was arrested last week was granted bail on Wednesday.
