TDP condemns Jagan for criticising Naidu Hyderabad, Oct 13 (INN): TDP senior leader Somireddy Chandrasekhar Reddy on Sunday slammed YSR Congress party president Jagan Mohan Reddy for criticising the hunger strike of TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu.
Addressing a press conference at the NTR Trust Bhavan here, Somireddy said that Naidu's fast had an impact on the national politics and attention of entire nation was drawn towards the injustice being done to Telugu people by the Congress Government. On the other side, without taking Jagan's name, he said some people were criticising the TDP president although they themselves went on hunger strike at their residence. He further said that all the YSRCP workers ended their fast on the second day itself.
Somireddy alleged that the YSRCP was having a secret pact with the Congress party and wants to capatalise on the Samaikhyandhra sentiments in Seemandhra region while indirectly helping the latter in Telangana.
