Court adjourns hearing on Jagan's plea to Oct 18 Hyderabad, Oct 15 (INN): The CBI Special Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing to October 18 on a petition filed by YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's plea seeking relaxation in his bail conditions.
In a petition, filed on October 11, Jagan sought relaxations in bail conditions that prevent him from leaving Hyderabad without court's permission.
Stating that he leads a political party and represents Kadapa Lok Sabha seat in Parliament, he requested the court to permit him to tour Andhra Pradesh besides visiting New Delhi.
Referring to the on-going Samaikhyandhra agitation, he said that being an elected representative he needs to be a part of that agitation. The court adjourned the next hearing to October following the Central Bureau of Investigation's request that it need more time to file its counter.
