Akkineni discharged from KIMS
Renowned actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao, who underwent surgical bypass in Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) on October 19, was discharged from the hospital. He was admitted to hospital with acute higher intestinal obstruction.
'He is doing well now and is on regular diet,' said a press release. The gastroenterology team of Dr Nagarjuna Yarlagadda and Dr Gangavarapu Suresh Kumar coordinated and monitored the treatment of the actor at the hospital.
