Three more bus fire victims identified
Hyderabad, Nov 7 (INN): The authorities on Thursday ascertained the identity of three more victims of bus fire mishap of Mahabubnagar district.
Those identified are Gaurav Vikrant, a native of Patna and resident of Patna; Anita and E Manjunath Reddy, both residents of Bangalore. With these three, the authorities have so far identified 41 out of 42 victims whose bodies were charred beyond recognition in the fire that engulfed the bus of Jabbar Travels near Palem of Mahabubnagar district on October 30.
While the body of Gaurav was handed over to the relatives on Thursday, the relatives of Anita and Manjunath Reddy have been informed. The identities of victims were ascertained through DNA test by the Andhra Pradesh State Forensic Science Laboratory (APSFSL).
