Nothing serious: Sachin Mumbai, February 21: There's reason for India to be relieved. The MRI on Sachin Tendulkar's left knee, on Sunday, hasn't revealed anything to cause worrying on a big scale. 'It was just a precautionary measure and nothing serious at all... I'm going to continue with my normal schedule,'' Sachin told. The MRI was done in Mumbai after Team India's arrival from Bangladesh.
Sachin didn't go into details, nor did the Board say anything, but it appears he felt acute discomfort during the World Cup-opener, against Bangladesh, on Saturday. It couldn't be confirmed, but a source said that a cortisone injection had been given.
Sachin, who stayed back in hometown Mumbai, while the others headed for Bangalore, where India's next match will be played, is going to report there on Tuesday morning. The practice session is scheduled for later in the day. Sachin, it may be recalled, became the most capped ODI player in the opening match. He has the most appearances in Tests as well. The maximum runs and hundreds too in both principal forms of the game.
