Petroleum Board officials call on AP CS
Hyderabad, Feb 26 (INN): The officials and members of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao at the AP Secretariat here on Thursday.
PNGRB Chairperson S Krishnan has requested the Chief Secretary to extend co-operation for conducting of a Regional Conference with the State Government to discuss on various natural calamities and disaster management. PNGRB would like to conduct the Conference tentatively in the month of May 2015 at Visakhapatnam and they have also requested the Chief Secretary to designate a Nodal Officer for this conference.
The Chief Secretary suggested that to constitute a Steering Committee to conduct the Regional Conference. The Commissioner of Labour Department as Nodal Officer and the Director of Disaster Management will be the Co-Convener in the committee.
Principal Secretary Revenue JC Sharma, Prl. Secretary TR&B B. Sam Bob, Joint Director FICCI Rubaab Sood and other officials participated in the meeting.
