Director Apologies For Sexist Comments On Tamanna Director G Suraj has issued an apology for his alleged sexist comments against Tamannah Bhatia and some other heroines. The director reportedly made some sexist remarks while talking about Tamannah's costumes in his upcoming film.
Suraaj said that heroines are bound to act in glamorous roles as they receive huge amount for that. He also added that heroines have to fulfill the hunger of B and C centres by wearing short clothes.The comments of the director drew the ire of the actress and it prompts the filmmaker to issue an apology. Tamanna responding to comments demanded that Suraaj apologise not just to her but all her female colleagues.

"We are actors and we are here to act and entertain audiences and should not at any point be objectified as commodities," Tamannaah wrote. "It's sad that women in our country are spoken about so frivolously."She added
Actress Nayanthara also comes to support the Actress and she slammed Suraaj for his sexist comments. As the issue is turning murkier Suraaj has apologised writing on Twitter: "I am really sorry and would like to apologise to Ms Tamannaah and all the heroines in the film industry. My intention was not to show anyone in bad light or hurt their sentiments. I am sorry once again and take back my comments."
