1M For Balayya; 2M for Chiru
Nandamuri Balakrishna's magnum opus, GPSK is witnessing tremendous response at the USA box office. The film has opened with highly positive reviews in overseas and latest update is that this movie is marching towards 1M mark in the US.
The film has collected a sum of $938k till Saturday and will easily cross the 1M mark by Sunday. As per trade reports 'Gauthami Puthra Satakarni,' numbers are Wed $356,314 from 156 screens, Thu $135,962 from 121 screens, Fri $176,818 from 123 screens, Sat $268,480 from 110 screens and the total is $937,574.
Otherside 'Khaidi No 150' which raked $1,295,613 from 159 screens on Tuesday has failed to continue the momentum. It collected $157,854 from 162 screens On Wednesday, Thu $78,410 from 143 screens, Fri $131,086 from 124 screens and Saturday $205,601 from 116 screens and the total stood at $1,868,564.
As Sunday and Monday being holidays in USA, collections are expected to rise. Balakrishna is all set to get his entry ticket into $1M club by Sunday afternoon and Chiranjeevi's $2M club can happen by Monday.
