Sampath Nandi scotches rumours
Industry is abuzz with the rumors that Sampath Nandi is in financial crisis post the debacle of his maiden production Galipatam. The film starring Aadi and Erica Fernandez in the lead roles had done well when it opened however finally failed to mint money at the box-office.
As Gabbar Singh 2 was delayed owing to Pawan Kalyan's political commitments and other reasons, Sampath wanted to cash in on the gap making a small film.
SampathNandiMuch to his disappointment, the film ended up as a commercial failure and shattered the dreams of Sampath. More than financial woes, Sampath Nandi was annoyed with the way rumors were doing rounds about Bobby of Power fame replacing him as Gabbar Singh 2 director.
When contacted the director, he negated all the rumors and believes that Pawan will keep his word no matter what the issue could be. 'I'm meeting Pawan soon for final narration and will clarify everything once I'm done with my meeting.
It's unfortunate that some people are intentionally spreading rumors about my career. Pawan is a good man and he will keep his promise,' said Sampath Nandi.
