Ram signs two films
Hero Ram, who is away from the limelight for a while, has signed two films. The actor has agreed to work with directors Kumar Tirumala and debutant Srinivas Reddy for two films.
While the film with Srinivas Reddy was launched in a low profile ceremony in Hyderabad on Wednesday, the Kumar directorial will have its official launch in the second half of 2015, says reports.
Sravanthi Ravi Kishore who earlier produced Ready and Endukante Premanta with Ram, will be producing one of these projects. Currently, Ram is working for Gopichand Malineni's forthcoming release Pandaga Chesko.
The shooting of the film is almost complete and the makers are planning to release in the last week of January, 2015. Initially, Ram was supposed to reprise Dhanush's act in the Telugu remake of Velai Illa Pattathari, but the actor opted out of the project fearing it might not appeal to our native audience.
