Mukunda surpasses PNLJ collections
"Mukunda" starring debutante Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde in the leads has garnered overwhelming response on its opening day. The film collected a share of Rs.3.36 crores at the end of its first day run in AP and Telangana.
These are good numbers for a debutante hero and it was higher compare than opening day collections of another mega hero Sai Dharam's film Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitam.
''Mukunda" has created lot of positive buzz for two reasons: the acting debut of Nagababu's son Varun Tej and "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu" fame Srikanth Addala's direction.
Film goers who watched "Mukunda", cannot stop praising Addala's script, dialogues and direction. They are also impressed with debutante Varun Tej's performance and have given him thumbs up.
