Yuvan welcomes New Year with third marriage
Southern composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, son of legendary musician Illayaraja recently made headlines for changing religion and getting converted into Islam.
Now the music director surprised all by marrying for third time.He has married a girl named Jefrunnisa yesterday on 1 January, 2015. It is the music director's third marriage after his first two weddings ended in divorce
Jeffrunissa and the music director got married in a private ceremony in Kerala, where only the relatives from the bride's side attended the wedding. Some of the local Jamaat leaders and VIPS graced the occasion. It is surprising to see that his father Music Maestro Illayaraaja did not attend the wedding. Yuvan changed his name to Abdul Haliq
The 34-year-old married his long-time girlfriend Sujaya Chandran in 2005, but they separated in 2008 and it was a mutual decision. In 2011, he married Shilpa Mohan but the relationship was short lived.In his over a decade long career, Yuvan has composed music for over 100 films.
