Anushka turns a male for Rudramadevi!
Director Gunasekhar's magnum opus Rudramadevi 3D is currently in the final stages of its making and if all goes as planned then we might get to watch it on the silver screen by early 2015. Meanwhile, the eagerness of many to know more about the film is increasing and here we got to know an interesting update on the film.
Sources say there are few scenes in the movie where Anushka posed in male avatar where she surprises her rivals during battles. As per history queen Rudramadevi has lived some parts of her life in the disguise of a man to assassinate rival kings. Now Gunasekhar inherits the concept and incorporated it in the film.
In a couple of scenes, Anushka will be seen in a 'male' getup and it will be tough for movie lovers to identify her, says a source."There are a few scenes in the film in which Anushka appears like a man and she tries to trick rival kings and surprise them when she goes into battle.
