Chakri's wife goes to cops against in-laws
Close to a month after demise of music director Chakri, his wife, 28-year-old G Sravani lodged a complaint with Jubilee Hills police against her in-laws. Police registered cases against Sravani's in-laws.
Sravani said nine members of her family were harassing her in connection with property. Her in-laws G Madhava Rao, G Vidyavathi, Vani Devi, K Lakshman Rao, Krishna Priya, V Nageswar Rao, K Adiseshagiri, Giri and Pratyusha were harassing her to transfer ownership of property into their names.
She sought probe into the death of Chakri who was depressed before going to bed was found lying unconscious the next day and died later.
