Vikram and Shankar's combination magnum opus 'I' hit the screens worldwide today in record number of screens. Vikram donned three different get ups undergoing heavy physical strain.

So, expectations peaked to new highs. His character of a crippled man with hunch bak just takes the curiosity level of the cine-goers to the next level.

The initial response for the film was very good and as per reports its impressing the audience from core.I is a science fiction romantic thriller film, which revolves around the story of a village guy who aims to become a Mr Tamil Nadu and model (Amy Jackson).

Vikram affected with chemical reaction and he goes with several body changes. How he resolve his body shapes, and how many avatars he got from that chemical reaction, what about heroine Amy is the rest of the story.

Vikram's sterling performance and Amy's glamour are among the main highlights of the film. Suresh Gopi, Upen Patel, Santhanam and Ramkumar Ganesan have played pivotal roles and their performances are also big assets of the movie. AR Rahman's music, PC Sreeram's cinematography, Srinivas Mohan's visual effects said to be another highlights for the film

The film is prestigious in many aspects. It is being made on nearly 100 Crores budget with high technical values and shot exclusively in unseen locations of China.
