Senior actress comes drunk to Assembly event?
Malayalam Actress Urvashi is known for her excellent acting skills but her personal life used to be always controversial. The latest news reports coming out from Kerala state that the talented and National Aaward-winning actress came drunk to event of the Kerala State Legislative Assembly on Friday.
The event was organized by women legislatures of Kerlaa Assembly and Urvashi was invited to inaugurate the event. After coming to the venue late, she went to the dais and it seems she faltered. No one suspected that it could all go wrong till she started giving her speech.
Urvashi allegedly started talking 'nonsense' on stage and the organisers didn't know how to control the situation. The actress said on stage that she was not sure whether it was a BJP meeting or an LDF meeting.
Popular media personality Parvathy Devi, who also attended the event inaugurated the function as Urvashi was unable to continue her speech.The National Film Award-winning actress had earlier made headlines after being spotted drunk at the family court in Ernakulam.
Urvashi had won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress 6 times and National Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Achuvinte Amma.In 2000, Urvashi married Malayalam actor Manoj K Jayan but they both parted ways in 2008.She have a daughter Kunjatta, from her first marriage. Uravshi got married recently to Sivaprasad, a long time family friend in November 2013.
