Third grandson for Rajinikanth
South Indian superstar Rajinikanth has become a grandfather again. Soundarya Rajinikanth Ashwin, Rajinikanth's second daughter and the director of Kochadaiiyaan, became proud mother. Soundarya delivered a baby boy at a private hospital in Chennai.
Soundarya delivered a baby boy on Wednesday night and both mother and the baby are doing fine. Announcing the news, PR tweeted, "Congrats @soundaryaarajni n #Ashwin for blessed with cute baby boy last night. More celebrations for @superstarrajini".
Soundarya turned as director with "Kochadaiiyaan", a live-action animated movie. The movie starred her father Rajinikanth and Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone. However, the movie failed to keep the cash registers ringing at the box office.
During the audio launch of the family Rajini publicly wished her daughter to become mom soon. It looks like the lady has heeded to her father's advice and has begun starting her family.
Soundarya and Ashwin tied the knot in 2010 in Chennai. Rajinikanth already has two grandsons, Yatra and Linga, from his second daughter Aishwarya, who is married to popular actor Dhanush.
