Catherine Tersa Replaces Trisha
We had reported that actress Trisha has walked out of Selvaraghavan's upcoming film with Simbu. Trisha has opted out of Selva's movie as she had committed her dates to Kamal Haasan's upcoming thriller "Ore Iravu" and Sundar C's "Aranmanai 2".But some state that her ex-fianc'e is the producer of this film and she wasn't comfortable with working on this project as a result.
Now, the buzz is that the director has managed to find a replacement in no time and has roped in Madras girl Catherine Tresa as the heroine of the film. "The makers have zeroed in on Catherine as Trisha's replacement. Since the film is set to go on floors very soon, everything was finalised in a hurry. Catherine will join the sets soon," a source from film unit revealed.
Catherine will be given the full brief on her role by Wednesday and the team will start shooting for the film from this Thursday. The film features Simbu in the lead, while Taapsee Pannu will be playing the other leading lady. The upcoming project is a romantic thriller and its music will be composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
