Balakrishna as AP CM
The sensational disclosure of audio-tapes containing alleged conversation between Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu and nominated Anglo-Indian MLA Elvis Stephenson is creating flutter in political circles. Several political parties demanding Naidu to step down from CM chair for his involvement in the scandal.
In a surprise development there was a demand to make Nandamuri Balakrishna as CM.Former PCC President Shabbier Ali asked the AP CM to step down from his chair and offer it to Nandamuri Balakrishna.
Shabbir Ali said since Chandrababu Naidu had stabbed his father-in-law in the back for power, it would be in the fitness of things if Balayya is made the CM. This would be a poetic justice, he said. Shabbir also found fault with Telangana CM KCR and said both KCR & CBN well known for doing horse trade.
Meanwhile YSRCP team, led by YS Jagan, will meet President Pranab Mukherjee and Union Home MInister Rajnath Singh to apprise him of the cash for vote scam. YS Jagan will be leaving for New Delhi on Monday Delhi along with party leaders.
