Krishnam Raju to Sunil to Manchu Vishnu
When we hear a name called Bhakta Kannappa, the only name that flashes our mind id Rebel star Krishnam Raju. The rebel star made the character timeless and etched a permanent mark in the history of Telugu cinema.
Few years back actor turned director Tanikella Bharani announced that he would be making Bhakta Kannappa with comedian-turned-hero Sunil. But the project was not happened due to unknown reasons. Now as per reports Manchu Vishnu bagged the chance to play the role and the film will launch soon.
Dr Mohan Babu will produce it on 24 Frames factory banner in association with a Hollywood production house. To be directed by actor-filmmaker Tanikella Bharani, "Bhakta Kannappa" is expected to go on floors soon.
Bhaktha Kannappa will be Tanikella Bharani's second directorial venture after 'Mithunam'. 24 Frames factory announced this multilingual film.Though the film is titled Bhakta Kannappa, it is not a mythological subject, say sources close to Bharani.
