Sachin sent legal notice to Bandla Ganesh
Actor turned producer Sachiin Joshi and Bandla Ganesh looked to be the thickest friends with back to back ventures right from Nee Jathaga Nenundali. But things have turned topsy-turvy.Viiking media and Entertainment has sent a legal notice to Bandla on a cheque bounce issue .
Sachiin Joshi's Viiking media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd, a leading media and entertainment house based out of Mumbai has initiated civil and criminal proceedings against producer Bandla Ganesh (Parmeshwara Arts Production). As per the notice, ciivil and criminal proceeding are initiated against this Telugu producer for failing to pay back money regarding to release of 'Nee Jathaga Nenundali'.
They alleged that Bandla Ganesh has failed to pay back the distribution amount of Nee Jathaga Nenundali. He also allegedly 'cheated' the production house with respect to the distribution aspects of his previous releases.

'Bandla Ganesh the famous Producer of Telugu cinema joined hands with VIIKING MEDIA & Entertainment Pvt Ltd and made few films like Nejatha ga Nenundali and few more films. Now Viiking media and Entertainment has sent Legal notice to Bandla Ganesh on cheque bounce issue and bandla ganesh is failed to pay back money of Ne Jatha ga nenundali distribution amount along with distributors at the same time he also cheated in his last film releases, he took money and not given name in Producer based on this Viiking Media and Entertainment has filed the case of 420 and Cheque Bouncing against Parmeshwara Arts Production and Bandla Ganesh'
Its known that Sachiin Joshi has acquired the remake rights of the super-hit film "Temper". It is reported that Ganesh had taken financial help during the production of some of his recent ventures. Since he could not repay the money, he has given the rights of "Temper" to Sachiin, in lieu of the debt.
