Srimanthudu Merits & Demerits
Mahesh Babu Srimanthudu is getting good response from all the corners. The film is all about a son of a rich billionaire Harsha (Mahesh Babu) who doesn't want to simply live by inheriting his dad's money. The film is about giving back to society.
Koratala Siva once again proved that he is a distinguished director. Keeping everything aside,Srimanthudu looked like an honest attempt to tell a good message.

Merits:
- Impressive narration
- Superb performances of Mahesh, Jagapathi Babu, Shruti Haasan & Sampath
-Jago Re song
-Sentiment and action in second half
-Dialogues and powerful one-liners that strike the chord instantly.
-Few emotional scenes with equally adorable performances.
De-merits:
-Much predictable plot.
-Star actors like Sukanya, Subbaraj and Rajendra Prasad were not utilized properly.
- Lack of commercial elements
The film indeed proves that our stars are keen to do good scripts provided there is a convincing story and a story teller like Koratala Siva.
