Pic Talk: Manchu Lakshmi shows Patriotism in style
Manchu Lakshmi has been selected as Telangana's brand ambassador for the Swachha Bharat mission. Manchu Laksmi was felicitated at Rashtrapathi Bhavan on September 10th amid famous personalities.Actors, musicians, industrialists and politicians, serving as brand ambassadors of the Swachh Bharat Mission called on President Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Thursday.
Among all Manchu Lakshmi grabbed eyeballs with her dress she wore. She appeared in a dress which have letters as 'PunyaBhoomi naa desam'. Manchu Lakshmi said that she was humbled and added that her responsibility has increased now.The actress also thanked Modi for bestowing this special honor upon her and said that she feels lucky to be honored by the President of India.
Sharing her happy moments Manchu Lakshmi wrote '' It was a motivating and inspiring evening at the Rastrapathi Bhavan last evening. So many icons of their respective fields. I'm honoured and humbled that the government has identified for the social work I do. Recognition or not I'll continue to do the same cos it makes my heart happy.This is the 1st time any government has brought in citizens of this country for an United mission.Thankq @narendramodi''
