Actor Siddarth injured in car crash Malayalam director and actor Siddarth Bharathan had a fatal car accident and it left him with severe injuries. The accident occurred at Chambakkara at Kochi, when his car hit a wall. Sidharth lost control while he is heading towards Tripunithura from Vytilla and hits a wall. After listening the loud sound local people rushed to the spot and found the actor trapped inside the car. The accident happened near Champakkara Bridge and he was alone in the car.
Siddarth suffered severe head injuries in the accident. He was immediately shifted to hospital. Doctors have said that the first 24 hours are crucial since there has been haemorrhage in the head.
Hospital sources said that he has suffered multiple injuries including internal bleeding in the brain and is on ventilator support. Siddarth is son of Malayama famous director Bhatratan and actress Lalita. He entered the industry with Nidra movie which is a remake of 1981 Malayalam movie. Several top stars including Mammootty and Dileep, visited him in the hospital.
Siddharth is the son of late filmmaker Bharathan and actress KPAC Lalitha. His last directed film was the Dileep-starrer Chandrettan Evideya, which released earlier this year and proved as super success.
