Another Blow: TDP MP joining TRS
The beleaguered Telugu Desam Party of Telangaan region is' set to receive' another severe jolt.If reports from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi sources are to be believed, TDP Rajya Sabha MP from Warangal district Gundu Sudha Rani is most likely to jump the fence to join the ruling party.
It has been reported that Gundu Sudha Rani whose tenure is coming to end by next year march has been planning to join ruling party. It is learnt that he already had discussions with Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao regarding this.
TRS leader from Karimnagar MP Vinod Kumar is said to have facilitated the meeting of Sudha Rani with KCR . Sources inform that Sudha Rani would join TRS on October 29 in the presence of TRS Chief .The timing of the move is noteworthy, as it comes before the by-polls for the Warangal parliamentary constituency.
In the wake of the Warangal Municpal Corporation elections and bi-elections TRS is making efforts to win the seats by inviting other party leaders. However the official confirmation is still awaited.
