Warangal By-election: TRS Candidate Finalized
Ruling TRS finalized name of its candidate to field for upcoming Warangal Bi-elections. Top leaders from both the party met'todayto discuss on Warangal by-election and arrived at a consensus to field advocate Gudimalla Ravikumar
TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, who met the party leaders from the district finalized name of Gudimalla Ravikumar. KCR will make the official announcement on Friday and he will appeal all' the party workers to work hard for the party's victory in the election.
Earlier several names like Prof. P. Sambaiah, Errolla Srinivas and Pidamarthi Ravi di round abut KCR voted for Gudimalla. The election for the Warangal MP seat was necessitated with' resignation of Kadiam Srihari, who was inducted into the Telangana state cabinet and made deputy chief minister in last January.
The notification for the by-poll will be issued on October 28. November 7 will be the last date for withdrawal of candidature and Counting of votes will be taken up on November 24. Meanwhile BJP-TDP and Congress were on the hunt for a heavyweight for the seat.
