SCR GM inspects Secunderabad Railway Station
Hyderabad, Nov 2 (INN): South Central Railway General Manager Ravindra Gupta conducted intensive inspection of Secunderabad Railway Station on Monday.
He also held a meeting with Divisional Railway Manager Ashesh Agrawal and other Divisional Officials and discussed the plans for further improvement of Secunderabad Railway Station.
During the course of inspection, Ravindra Gupta went around the entire station premises of Secunderabad covering the circulating area and platforms. He reviewed the security arrangements available at station and working of Integrated Security Surveillance system, He expressed satisfaction over the working of the surveillance system in nabbing the culprits resorting to thefts of valuables from passengers.
He checked the passenger facilities and amenities available at the station such as the waiting halls, Food outlets, Cloak Rooms, drinking water facilities, foot over bridges, booking offices, lighting and circulating area. He made a thorough check of the cleanliness standards being maintained at the railway station.
