CEO of T9 News Channel Arrested For Fraud Hyderabad CCS police have arrested CEO of a TV news channel T9. The CEO of the channel Komireddy was arrested by cops along with his assistants for their alleged involvement in a job scam and fraud. The accused allegedly cheated the victims by promising jobs in GENCO and collected huge amounts.
The gang including the CEO of the T9 news channel and some others promised youth of getting jobs in GENCO and collected huge money.
Komi Reddy, the CEO of T9 News channel along with few others' Dara Venkateshwara Rao, working as a DR Assistant at Secretariat and T. Ramesh, working as a lab assistant at a private college reportedly cheated two unemployed youths by promising jobs and taking Rs 5 lakh from them.
Police said Srisai Venu and E. Mahesh applied for the job of assistant engineer in the Genco. They approached one Ramesh, who assured them of arranging the job. He demanded Rs 10 lakh for the job and took Rs 2.5 lakh as advance.
They promised the victims to arrange the question paper one day before the examination and collected huge amounts from them. After growing suspicious the victims approached the cops who caught the culprits. During inquiry, the accused confessed to have collected the money.
