Lagadapati back in Kosovo Parliament
The former Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal created sensation with his pepper spray act in the Indian parliament during the discussion on AP state bifurcation bill. The opposition had tried to thwart EU-brokered dialogue and agreements with Serbia, the country from which Kosovo broke away and declared independence in 2008. The attack was led by opposition lawmaker Albin Kurti. He fired pepper spray in in the direction of ministers but was blocked by two rows of police.Prime Minister Isa Mustafa said the opposition's actions were "criminal".
