TPCC to decide Nagender's fate Hyderabad, Dec 2 (INN): The final decision on whether or not to retain former minister Danam Nagender on the post of Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee will be taken in the meeting of TPCC Coordination Committee, to be held in Gandhi Bhavan, on Thursday.
According to sources, the Congress High Command is highly upset with Nagender for him being inactive. Although Nagender himself has denied rumours of him joining the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi, his continuous silence and non-participation in party programmes have led to various speculations. The issue was discussed at length with the party High Command during the visit of TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy and other leaders to New Delhi recently.
The TPCC Coordination Committee is likely to take the views of all senior leaders on the continuation of Nagender on the post.
