Journalist-turned-activist S. Balakrishnan made the highest bid of Rs. 4.28 crore at the public auction for Dawood's `Delhi Zaika' Hotel. Balakrishnan has alleged that he was threatened by Dawood's close aide Chhota Shakeel to back out.
