Teachers' recruitment before academic year: Dy CM Hyderabad, Dec 19 (INN): Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Saturday assured that the vacancies of teachers across the Telangana State would be completed before the commencement of next academic year.
Speaking after inaugurating the Olympic Sports Meet 2015-16, organised by Telangana Welfare Gurukul School in Asnapur of Patencheru mandal of Medak district on Saturday, the Deputy CM said that the DSC exams were being conducted to ensure that all vacant posts of teachers are filled soon. He said that the District Education Officers have been directed to submit detailed reports on all vacancies in government schools. He said that final decision on conducting DSC exams would be conducted after the receipt of DEOs' report.
Kadiyam said that the KG to PG free education scheme was being framed with a special focus on improving the standards of education.
Deputy Speaker Padma Devender Reddy, Lok Sabha MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, District Collector Ronald Rose and other senior officials were also present.
