ISIS fatwa Explains who can have sex with female slaves A fatwa on the keeping of sex slaves, issued by terror outfit Islamic State (IS), has showed the grim truth for women captives living under the militant's regime in Iraq and Syria.
The fatwa was captured by U.S. Special Operations Forces during a raid targeting a top Islamic State official in Syria.
The fatwa details how and when ISIS fighters can rape female sex slaves.
The Fatwa has total of 15 rulings and it prohibits ISIS fighters to have intercourse if a slave is menstruating or is pregnant. It also banned forced abortions.
Many of the injunctions deal with rape within families, or the 'sharing' of a slave's children.
If the owner of a female captive, who has a daughter suitable for intercourse It is not permissible for the owner of a female captive to have intercourse with her daughter also. Not only that Owners of the slaves are banned from raping two sisters at the same time.Anal sex is also specifically forbidden. Also any slave who is made pregnant by her 'owner' must be kept and freed after his death.
Militants are not allowed to sell slaves to anyone they know will mistreat them.Thousands of women and girls from religious minorities have been captured and enslaved by the group.
