TRS will win 80 seats, claims KTR
Hyderabad, Jan 1 (INN): Panchayat Raj Minister K. Tarakarama Rao has claimed that the political conditions in Hyderabad have changed drastically and TRS would win over 80 seats in the forthcoming GHMC elections.
In an informal chat with media persons here, KTR said while TRS would sweep the GHMC elections, Congress party would not be able to win even 10 seats and TDP would be completely wiped off. He admitted that the people of Hyderabad did not trust the TRS in 2014 elections. However, they have developed a special liking for TRS Government and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao due to their exemplary performance during the last 18 months.
KTR said that the main contest during GHMC elections would be between the TRS and BJP.
